You would think after a dozen bad reviews that DHL would fix their tracking app, but apparently 12 (now 13) arent enough. DHL ships thru partner shippers, most often USPS but also UPS and FedEx. Use THEIR tracking systems to track your package. You will have MUCH better luck with that rather than wasting your time with this non-functioning & useless app.

Horrible & useless app
Why cant DHL get a nice app like USPS, FedEx and UPS. I can not track my order here having on hand the tracking number. No option works. Deleting the app in 3.2.1....

Ditto what Morticia89 wrote!!!! Eventhough it was free, its useless. They should pay me for taking up space on my phone!!!!! No updates (which I usually look at 1st), since 2012, should tell you something.

The app crashes as soon as it launches ever since updating to iOS 9. No apparent attempts to fix any such bugs.

Why have an app if it doesnt work, all the other mail carriers update their apps except DHL. Also it stopped opening. Does anyone one from this company even read the reviews, or did they just have too much money and decided they shouldnt care about this app? If I dont see an update within 30 days, I will delete the app. And this is why when I order anything and the choice is DHL, I try and spend more to have UPS or USPS. And none of those are there, then I will go to another company that has at least those or FedEx

I just download the app then remove it I wanna to order something from Amazon USA and I was thinking to try DHL i say let me have the track app ooh yah that make me change my mined 180 degree I will ship my things ether with FedEx or Aramix
Worthless
Spent about 5 minutes trying to get this to load, reset app, reset phone. Just doesnt work. Closes after 5-7 seconds after opening. Not worth your time to even try this app.
