You Can´t track anything

I enter the tracing no but without result

it must be sort of commercial app for corporate folk but not for private citizen to track, however their prices are competitive, but they can not come up with simple tracking app, beyond my comprehension!

Cant track a simple order

Not worth the time to click install. Useless!!!!

It seems that developers didnt even tested this app before publishing. I have 3 packages and it couldnt find any of them.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Easy to use if you are on the go and need to track a shipment. Air and Ocean. Full milestones avail as well.

Developers need to redo the whole app. This is bogus

Sorry about the bad comment but , you need to re-design this app from scratch! Look at the USPS , UPS , and FedEx , They have a really great , easy , simple and reliable app . An app you can trust !

Bad application

Cannot track items, tried selecting every category with my tracking number and got the infamous "no results!" uninstall!

IF YOUR READING THIS DONT EVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! FEDEX, USPS, &, UPS are the apps you download when shipping. I watched this app for 2 weeks and never once did it help me track my item. My item item arrived today and this App was the biggest waste of memory EVER on my iPhone!!! >:(

App never able to find tracking info. Ive received packages and the app is still saying info cannot be found. Useless. Ill be deleting it.

I had the same issues everyone else did. I clicked on the shipment information that was sent to me and upon further review I noticed that DHL had used USPS to ship my item. I was able to track my shipment via USPS App. Perhaps this app is for Corporate DHL customers?

This app is useless since it cannot find the tracking number.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars, I would have. The apps provided for DHL are as bad as they get. They need to hire a marketing company to overhaul apps and even their MAIN WEBSITE WHICH IS ATROCIOUS. Try and sign up for any services to personalize your experience, it is impossible. A simple request to authorize any shipment to be left without signature had to be done onsite with a paper and pen. Just needs some work. Honestly the shipping service DHL provides is great, but if you want to do anything with regards to your shipment short of tracking it, you are SOL. That is if you are lucky enough to download the correct app for tracking. Just shows that this old dog needs to learn new tricks.
