Title says it all... No way to get it to work

No Sms no email before delivery date. Did not recieve my colis.

Easy & practical dhl tracking tool

was not able to track my package

I could not track any of my shipping numbers. So this app is basically useless. Please fix, it could come in handy. For now going to the website is the only way to track shipments.

Other apps seem to be better able to track Dhl than its own app. Disappointing...

The app crash all time

This app is garbage. Crashed the first time opened it and crashes every time other time I try to open it. Havent even gotten to use it. Dont waste your time.

The app keeps crashing even after I shut down my phone and restarted it!

Instead of a waybill number, you are asked for a Container Ref; Housebill number; Customer Ref; or BL/Master Bill, what ever they are. Why not just ask for a waybill number???????? Sure there is support but to get on you need a DHL user name, password and "Domain"; what the hell is a "Domain"?

Horrible app. Cannot track any numbers and the names in the app do not correspond with any of the dhl numbers. Still have to use their website.

This app is for some other purpose. The app that you want for tracking a package is called "DHL ActiveTracking" Search for that install it and it will find your package right away. I dont know exactly what this app is for but it is not for tracking packages for personal use.

It says it can track your Air shipments! Thats not true! I am surprised a big co. like DHL does not have a decent App to track shipments like the competition. Heck, even USPS with less resources is way better than them! Its a shame really!
