Stupid App

Why have an app if it doesnt work, all the other mail carriers update their apps except DHL. Also it stopped opening. Does anyone one from this company even read the reviews, or did they just have too much money and decided they shouldnt care about this app? If I dont see an update within 30 days, I will delete the app. And this is why when I order anything and the choice is DHL, I try and spend more to have UPS or USPS. And none of those are there, then I will go to another company that has at least those or FedEx
